Returns & Exchanges

 

We hope you love your Curious Crow purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help and make the process as smooth as possible.

 

Returns

 

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in its original condition. The original tags, packaging, and the Curious Crow yellow seal must remain intact. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

For all approved returns, a handling and reverse shipping fee of ₹250 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. Products purchased during clearance sales, promotional offers, special discounts, or any marked-down sale period are not eligible for return.

 

Exchanges

 

Exchange requests must also be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the request is processed. If the requested size or product is unavailable, our team will guide you with the available options.

Only one exchange is permitted per order. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition with the tags, packaging, and Curious Crow yellow seal intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, damage, fragrance, alteration, or missing packaging may not be accepted for exchange.

Products purchased during clearance sales, promotional offers, special discounts, or any marked-down sale period are not eligible for exchange.

 

A Quick Quality Check

 

Every returned or exchanged item goes through a careful quality check before a refund or exchange is approved. Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, alteration, missing tags, damaged packaging, or a broken Curious Crow yellow seal may not qualify for return or exchange.

If a return or exchange request is declined after quality inspection and you would like the item to be shipped back to you, additional shipping charges may apply.
